The Mughlai chicken curry is first marinated with yogurt and spices, then cooked with a paste of cashew and fried onions, followed by additional spices like cumin, coriander and garam masala powder

  • 2lb bone chicken cut into pieces
  • 6 Thai Green Chilies
  • 1 tbspn of Cumin Powder & Cumin Seeds
  • 4 tbspn Full fat yoghurt
  • Cup of Fried Onion
  • Fresh Coriander
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tbspn Almond powder
  • 1 tbspn Cashew Powder
  • Cloves, Green Cardamom, Bay leaves, black cardamom
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Vegetable Oil
  • Cumin Powder
  • Tumeric powder
  • Coriander Powder
  • Garam Masala Powder
  • Red Chili Powder or Paprika
  • 3 tbspn of Heavy cream
  • Juice of half a lemon
