  • 2lb lean beef (little to no fat) cut into 2inch strips, the thickness of no more than 1/2 inch
  • 6 Red chilies
  • 2tspn of Chili pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp of crushed garlic
  • 1 tbsp of crushed ginger
  • 4 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tbsp of corn flour
  • 1 tbsp of cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp of sugar
  • 80g of green onion (scallions) sliced horizontally, giving an oblique shape
  • 80g of carrots sliced horizontally
  • 140g of onion sliced horizontally
  • 3 tbsp of oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp of dark soy sauce
  • salt for taste
