Mamtu, the dumplings of North, is a special and extremely delicious dish in Gilgit Baltistan. Pretty rare to that region, it is made of either minced beef or chicken. Some may think of it as customary food of Gilgit Baltistan.

• 1 Large Onion cut chopped
• Salt and Pepper
• Paprika
• Mint leaves
• Coriander
• Soya Sauce (optional)
• Red Chilli Sauce
