  • 90g of ginger crushed
  • 4 tspn of honey
  • 2tspn of chicken powder
  • 1tspn of white pepper powder
  • 2tspn of chili flakes
  • 1tspn of plain flour
  • 1 tspn of corn flour
  • 2 tbspn of soy sauce
  • 2 tbspn of white vinegar
  • 120g of green onions sliced white end only
  • 100g of capsicum
  • 1 onion chopped in 1 inch squares
  • 4 tbspn of cooking oil (preferably vegetable oil)
