  • 1lb lean beef (little to no fat) cut into 2inch strips, thickness of no more than 1/2 inch
  • 8 Thai Green Chilies (removing inner seeds, cut into thin strips)
  • 5 Cloves of Garlic peeled and crushed
  • 1 tspn of black pepper
  • 1 tspn of white pepper powder
  • 1 tspn of sugar
  • 4 tbspn of cooking oil
  • 1 tspn of corn flour
  • 2 tbspn of soy sauce
  • 2 tbspn of white vinegar
  • A few drops of sesame seed oil
  • Salt
