- 1lb lean beef (little to no fat) cut into 2inch strips, thickness of no more than 1/2 inch
- 8 Thai Green Chilies (removing inner seeds, cut into thin strips)
- 5 Cloves of Garlic peeled and crushed
- 1 tspn of black pepper
- 1 tspn of white pepper powder
- 1 tspn of sugar
- 4 tbspn of cooking oil
- 1 tspn of corn flour
- 2 tbspn of soy sauce
- 2 tbspn of white vinegar
- A few drops of sesame seed oil
- Salt
