- 1 pound minced meat (get one with most fat content)
- 3 small onions, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, peeled, deseeded and finely chopped
- 1 bunch of fresh chopped coriander
- 1 tbsp red chilli flakes
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- Garlic Ginger paste
- 8 green chillies, finely chopped
- Dried pomegranate seeds
- Coriander seeds crushed
- Cumin powder
- 1 tbspn of Carum seed (ajwain)
- 1 egg
- flour
- salt, to taste
- black pepper
- 2 cups of vegetarian cooking oil for grilling/shallow frying
